REcently our administrator left our company and changed the main user to another person. Since then when people try to fill out our application online they receive this message:

The owner this form has exceeded their quota for form submittals for September.

however when i went in to see what our quota was it said 0% used.

The new receiver of the submitted forms has not received any applications either.
Help!
