I've entered a valid email address in the Email field, plus all the other requred fields and sent off the form. It arrived, but the email address isn't among the items. Why is that and how can I fix this? I cannot respond to someone's inquiry without his or her email address.

Thanks,

The email address is posted within the email header under as the 'From' address. If you click 'reply' in your email client, it will automatically respond to the sender's address.

Like the first post explains, it is in the email message. The very first part of the message says:
From: email@domain.com
Subject: Web Contact Form
Sent: 8/31/2007 at 8:26:28 EST from 234.1.121.165
