I'm really computer unsavvy and I cannot figure out how to upload my form and have it actually look like the form. I saved it into my notepad and am tryng to upload it to my blog. However, once I upload it, it simply appears as code, not as the form. I have no idea how to make it look normal. Please help!

It is tough for me to give direction for the use of our code with third part software such as your blog. Typically, what you need to look for in either your HTML editor or blog software is something that says "paste HTML" or "paste special". This will make it so the code is actually pasted as HTML.
