Making the email address 'required' is actually a nuisance on my form and I think will deter some people from completing it - so I might lose out on business.

Can I make this non-required?

It is required on all forms.

I know that - I notice this has been mentioned before and your response.

I'm just making, what I hope is seen as, a feedback comment for possible consideration in the future.

We have no plans to change this as submitting a valid email address is one of the means we have available to keep the forms secure and prevent spam.
