I have a contact form located at 2 urls on my web site. I have both listed under FORM LOCATION at MyContactForm

http://www.mauicondovacation.net/kapalua/contact.html
http://www.mauicondovacation.net/kahana/contact.html

Both are listed under the FORM LOCATOR but only the first one works correctly. The 2nd provides the error message saying the page isn't where it is supposed to be located. How can I fix this as it is in the correct place?

It seems to be working now. I'm guessing you recreated the form? There is a bug that pops up from time to time that can cause what you described to occur. Typically the only way to fix it is by recreating the form. This bug will be fixed for our upcoming update (end of August).
