I can't get this form builder to work correctly. When I submit a test page from http://kenmueller.com/kenmueller/newpage.htm
I get an error that the form is being submitted from the wrong address.

The problem is that the form is correctly located at this address?

I am using Front Page to publish with a default.asp redirect statement in the root of the directory.

example:

[mycontac]

When you setup your form, for some reason you specified the form URL with an extra period at the end. You had it specified as:

http://kenmueller.com/kenmueller/newpage.htm.

It should be:

http://kenmueller.com/kenmueller/newpage.htm

I changed it for you and it now works.
