After testing the form and hitting "submit"...It goes to http://www.mycontactform.com/sendform/sendform.php and the page say IE can't display the page. I copied the html exactly, what should I do to get this to work. Thanks in advance.

Please post the URL of your form. This is most likely being caused by:

1. In correct code on your site.
2. You host not allowing form posts.
