As a new person to CONTACTFORM can someone answer my question please. I am setting up a form with lots of questions. I want people to tick the boxes, making their selection - leaving blank those not required.
Once submitted i want to receive an email just showing those selected, at the moment I am receiving the whole selections/options. How do i stop it doing this. Would be most grateful for help.

Try using the check box multi-answer question type.
