When I click on my forms to draw down reporting information I receive a message:

"The requested URL /2006_conference_healthcare_registration.htm was not found on this server."

I have a client looking to reconcile registrations. Having done this before & not expecting any problems, I told him I would have it to him by EOD today (Thursday).

Suggestions?

Regards,

				Tom,

This doesn't appear to be a message being given by myContactForm.com. What is the exact procedure that you are doing that is leading to this? Please be as detailed as possible. Please also post the URL of the form in question.

				Hi Nick..

I am on the Form Management page, http://www.mycontactform.com/panel/index.php for one of my accounts: tec-ncahrmm. I assume you do not need the password.

Scroll down, below Quota etc.. toward the bottom & click on either of the two Conference Registration forms .. that is when the message appears.

Ah yes, this is actually a known bug dealing with forms that have multiple locations. The link you're clicking is actually just a link to the form, and not an actual report. What you probably want to do is click the 'Message Center'. From there you can download all of the recently sent messages (six months are stored).
