When I click "submit" on my form, I get a message saying a required field has not been completed when it has. There is an asterisk next to the question so it is required, and I have the latest version of the html code pasted into the page.
So I made that question (the last one in the form) not required, and repasted the html code. Now I am getting a message saying the next to last question has not been completed (when it has).
Any suggestions on how to make this work?

Unfortunately, there appears to be an error in the database record for your form. Please try the following:
1. Delete the Zip field from the control panel
2. Add a new question to replace the zip field
3. Recopy and paste the code to your site
If the above doesn't work, you'll need to delete the form and recreate it.
