I need Someone to go into the main system and completely delete my form, because i tried it and its still stuck in my site. Please help me with this, because its not allowing me to do business at all now. the form completely shut me out of my site.

We have no access to your website. You can delete the form from the myContactForm.com system, but in order to delete it from your site you will need to login to your webserver and manually delete the code.
