This can be done. Basically, just create 3 questions on the form (one for day, month, year), and then once the html was generated, manually edit it in an external HTML editor so that the three questions all appear on the same line.
Sincerely,

Hi All,
here's the solution for this little problem.
I have created 3 dropdowns on the same line for the date using a little trick inside dream weaver. Once you decided on the width of the box, you can set that up from the code panel on dream weaver. with the line of code for the box highlighted, copy it on a right click then drop it right next to the end of the tag for the original box then all you have to do is modify the text within the second tag for the second box to suit its use. You can also adjust the depth of the drop down by copying the tag text for one line and keep pasting it until you reach your desired depth of the drop down then go back and modify the text to suit. Works perfectly.
Good luck.
