Is it possible to change the width of the Error Page?

I would like to have my forms open in a separate 400x500 window but the Error Page has a fixed table width of 600, causing my visitors to scroll to see the entire message. Increasing the window width of the form to 600 is not very attractive. A better solution would be to change the table width to 100%, letting it automatically resize to the width of the window.

It would also be nice if the style of the Error Page could be changed to better match my website. Just a suggestion.
