When we set up the forms for use within our own organization, the staff that use firefox as their browser see only the html code and not the form. Is there anything we can do about this? |

This is most likely due to the manner in which the code was pasted to your site. When doing this, you need to make sure to copy our HTML and paste it into the HTML Code View screen of your HTML editor. In addition, you might have to go Edit > Paste Special > HTML within your HTML editor.
Sincerely,

We did edit - paste special in our html editor. The form works fine in IE, just firefox. Any known special html codes to insert to make it work? |

Please post the URL of the live form, and I will look at it. This is most likely an HTML editor issue, which can easily be solved if you simply use a text editor such as Notepad to paste our HTML into your webpage.
