Most people who try to use my forms have no problem. But about 5% say they are getting an error when they try to submit the forms. I do not know what the exact error is but I think it is the one I have seen mentioned in this forum about the original URL. Since it only happens to a small percentage I am assuming it has something to do with brower settings but I do not know how to tell them how to fix the problem.

Today one of my volunteers was trying to submit the forms from home and got the following message: "If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the form location is specified as http://www.sjhlex.org/partners.asp?which=volunteers&item=5 To change this log into the site, click edt next to the form name and then click the basic information link to change the forms location"
As I said before, probably only about 5% of the people using my forms have this problem. Everyone else has no problem.

The message you are receiving is not in error. You have the the form location specified as:

http://www.saintjosephhealthcare.org/partners.asp?which=volunteers&item=5


You need to make sure that it is also listed as:

http://www.sjhlex.org/partners.asp?which=volunteers&item=5
