How do I remove the Subject field from my forms?
To remove the subject field from your forms:
1. Login in to your account.2. Click edit next to your form's name.
3. Click E-mail Subject
4. Select the first choice Specify a fixed subject that will be used for this contact form. and click Next
5. Enter a default subject for your form.
6. Regenerate and paste the new HTML to your website.
