What fields are automatically added to my forms?

By default, an E-mail field is added to your form. This is for the users of your forms to input their e-mail addess. This field is mandatory on all forms and is automatically added.

In addition to the E-mail field, a Subject field may be added as well as a Send To field depending on your form's configuration.
