What is the difference between the 'send to' and 'email address' fields?

The Send To field is used to determine who the form data will be e-mailed to, and may or may not be a visible element on your form based on the form's configuration.

The E-mail Address field is mandatory on all forms and is where the users of your forms input their e-mail addresses. E-mails sent from your forms will be sent from this address.
