6. Weekly rates must be paid in advance, no exceptions. Any additional fees incurred, as laid out here and on rarebulldogs.com, are due in full the week after incurred, and will be invoiced to you.

7. Dam and all puppies will not be released until balance is PAID IN FULL and any additional charges will be added daily.

8. If deemed necessary by Rare Bulldogs, we may administer medications, treatments, vet visits, etc. to properly care for the litter and the Dam. Client is responsible for all extra charges incurred for such events, and gives Rare Bulldogs authority to implement at their discretion.

9. English and french Bulldog Breeds have many health issues. Puppy loss happens quite often, and can be one or the entire litter, within the first 3 weeks of life. After that, puppy loss drops dramatically, but can still occur. Client must understand that the formost expert cannot keep puppies alive that have health issues and underlying problems. Rare Bulldogs will in no way be held responsible for loss of puppies.

10. Because of the nature of any surgery, especially in connection with English and french Bulldogs, I understand that my Dam is also at risk for after surgery problems and even, rarely, loss of life. Rare bulldogs will take every precaution including administering medications and emergency vet visits, should problems arise. Client is responsible for all extra fees and vet charges incurred. I agree not to hold Rare Bulldogs responsible in any way, for loss of dam.

11. Some Dams will lose their hair, scratch uncontrollably, incur head shaking issues, loose weight, etc., especially with larger litters. Rare Bulldogs takes great care to try and treat any and all such issues to the best of their ability, and Client should expect some of these issues to be ongoing until well after the puppies are weaned.
