28. Bulldogs can be High Maintenance Animals. I understand that Rare Bulldogs DOES NOT pay for or reimburse me for ANY & ALL Vet Bills I may incur in connection with said animal once myself or shippers pick up the puppy.

32. Purchaser is purchasing 50% ownership in said dog. Purchaser will properly house in climate controlled areas, feed, socialize, care for dog on a daily basis at his/her cost. Purchaser hereby grants Rare Bulldogs to visit said dog at any time on the premises where he/she is kept without notice.

33. All bills in connection with said dog and resulting puppies will be paid by co-owner/purchaser. Rare Bulldogs will supply the Stud for each pregnancy at no cost to co-owner.

34. All Stud services are provided by Rare Bulldogs. Progesterone testing will be done at Rare Bulldogs discretion and paid for by Co-owner. Semen will be shipped to Co-owner at Rare Bulldogs expense.

35. Rare Bulldogs will get 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc. picks on 1st and 3rd litters. Co-owner gets 1st , 3rd, 5th, etc. picks on 2nd litter. 4th litter, if female is able via vet recommendation, will belong solely to the co-owner. Any odd number pups will be sold by Rare Bulldogs and fee split evenly.

36. Resulting litters will be verified via photos and records within 1 hour of birth by co-owner and 2 hours from your vet directly to Rare Bulldogs @ rarebulldogs@gmail.com.

37. If there is only one puppy, that puppy will be sold by Rare Bulldogs and fee split evenly.

38. Co-owner grants Rare Bulldogs permission to obtain copies, speak with veterinarian, and have access to all vet records at all times.

39. Co-owner will provide Rare Bulldogs with Clinic Name, Vet Name(s), Clinic address and phone number, and will notify vet of permission before any breeding is done.

40. Co-owner will provide Rare Bulldogs with weekly, GOOD photos of every puppy in the litter, from sides, front, and back. Photos must be good enough for advertisement.

41. Co-owner will take entire litter for a complete physical checkup at 3 weeks of age and purchase health certificates on the litter. This will include findings on the heart, lungs, eyes, abdomen, inguinal and umbilical hernia, ears, throat, testis if male, legs, joints, fecal, etc. This is a physical exam only, no xrays or bloodwork is needed. All findings will be reported to Rare Bulldogs immediately via email with copies of entire visit with vet notes, charges, and health certificates. Health certificates will be done every 30 days thereafter and provided to rare Bulldogs.

42. After checkup findings, we will both take our picks from the litter as laid out above. If any puppy dies or gets seriously ill, then the picking process will start over again even if you have promised puppies, sold puppies, or fell in love with any of them. This works both ways.

43. It is the co-owners responsibility to keep our puppies healthy and alive until delivered to us via an approved by Rare Bulldogs shipper in good health and condition at 8 weeks of age if puppy has not sold. Cost of delivering puppies will be paid by Rare Bulldogs. Co-owner will provide timely meetings to get the babies to the shipper at designated airports or meeting places at shippers time and place as requested.

44. Rare Bulldogs will retain all paperwork in their names and will register all litter at their expense, NO exceptions. All papers in Full AKC and without Rare Bulldogs name on the puppies chosen by co-owner, will be provided to co-owners immediately upon rare Bulldogs receiving their healthy pick puppies. Rare Bulldogs will have 2 business days after receiving puppies to vet verify health.

47. Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement: Rare Bulldogs reserves the right to complete privacy & confidentiality in any business transaction with any client. I, as the Client agree to uphold that right and agree not to discuss in ANY form or with any person, any detail of our business together from the start to finish, especially pertaining to claims & disputes. This means verbally, online, on Facebook, in chats, forums, groups, in email, in personal messages, text, etc. Rare Bulldogs agrees to be held to the same as stated so as to protect Client’s privacy.

48. Arbitration. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida, the County of Escambia.
