I have created a form with several questions. 2 of the fields are screwed up. One is a deop doen menu and the other is a multi line text field. the information from the drop down is being sent in the text field as well, why is that? I have placed the link below. Also i have a 'file attachment field as well but in my confirmation it doesnt show the file that is attached. I dont know much about scripting and I did the form over as well, can someone help me please. Here is the link, fill out the form and check your email for the confirmation to see what mean.
