I'VE TRIED DELETING 3 FORMS AND THEY WILL NOT DELETE. COULD YOU PLEASE DELETE THEM FOR ME. 2 OF THEM ARE UNTITLED AND ONE IS NAMED LOGIN. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU.

I've deleted the forms. For future reference, you could have deleted the forms yourself by:

1. Logging in to your account
2. Clicking [delete] next to the form's name
3. Typing yes in the box confirming that you want to delete this form and pressing the Delete button
