Hi -- Our three forms have been working great, up to now, as I've fine-tuned and finalized. Today, though, having added new recipients, updating the HTML on our site, and generally being cautious and diligent and thorough, things are not so good. The forms look perfect, but when I test-drive them and submit, none of the recipients receive the e-mails. (They received them just fine up to today.)
I've tried 3 or 4 times with each form, beginning two hours ago, and nothing has arrived. They are not in the spam folders. Our ISP (the University where I work) is not blocking them in any way. My test-drive submissions are in the "Messages" area. Could we please figure out why they aren't coming through by e-mail? Thanks! |

All indications from out mail logs indicate that the messages in fact are being sent. The only other possible explanation in that your incoming mail provider is blocking the message. The vast majority of universities do this and I am 99% certain that this is the case. They need to whitelist our mail server in order to allow the messages to go through.
I cannot confirm this with 100% accuracy because none of the forms listed under your account appear to be live.

Thanks! Yeah, I couldn't figure it out, as our University lets EVERYTHING in, hence the 100 spams average per day. However, late in the day, all of my tests eventually came through! It could have been a glitch at one of those "hops" between your location and ours. Anyway, it seems fine now! And by the way, we LOVE your service!!! So easy to use, and looks so good. My colleagues were thrilled.
