Without changing my Windows settings, can you set the font type and size of the email received from the MyContactForm form, For example Arial 12?

I'm sorry, but this is not possible from the myContactForm.com end. If you change the format for the form submittals to plain text, there should be a setting in your email client to set the default text size for plain text emails.
