Whenever I try to submit my form it says it is not being submitted from the correct URL but it is ....

In my form management I have ....

http://www.rahwayems.org/employees/avail2.html
http://rahwayems.org/employees/avail2.html

However if you try to go to either of those and submit the form it comes back as invalid ....

Please try removing all of the existing form HTML, and then recopy and paste it back to your site.
