I'm really confused. I went to form management, and copied the html code and went to my webpage and hit "paste" in the body. I uploaded the webpage to my website via FTP and then went to view the webpage and all you see is the HTML code, no form. Any suggestions? |

This is most likely the fault of the html editor you are using.
What you need to do is open the file where you would like the form, and then look at the actual html code. Once you are on the code screen, go ahead and paste the html we've provided where you would like it. Many WYSWYG (what you see is what you get) editors will change the actual html you paste and display it as text when you paste it into the html preview page. If your html editor does not have a screen where you can actually look at the code (I'm pretty sure most do) you can simply open the html file up in notepad and then paste the html we've provided.
I hope this helps,
