Hi, one of my contacts told me that he was not sent a confirmation e-mail. I have this option turned on. When I tested it, that was the case.....am I doing something wrong? |

This FAQ is in reference to not recieve form submittals but, the contents also apply to auto responses and confirmation emails.

I re-loaded the HTML and that didn't work. All the other messages are OK, it's the auto response ones that don't seem to be sent. |

Like the FAQ says, the autoresponses ARE being sent. It is on the email user's end that the messages are being filtered.

But, if I send a contact to myself, I recieve the contact info, but not the autoresponse. If it was being filtered, wouldn't I get neither? |

No, because the content of the autoresponse is slightly different than the content of the actual message.
