Hi. I recently changed some of the order of the questions on my form. I DID copy and paste the new html. The form is fine online and when clients complete it. However, when I view and print it, the answer to questions comes from other catagories (ex: mailing address shows Puppy Kindergarten). I cannot access important info such as the actual entered info.. address, etc. The form is located at www.abcobedience.com/regform.html . Please help asap! On a seperate note, the form information NEVER gets emailed to me at all. Thanks, Robi

You most likely need to rebuild the form from scratch, as this is a symtom of a form data problem. As for not receiving the messages, this is caused 99% of the time by incorrect SPAM filtering by your email provider.
