I would like to create an exam form. There are small jpg images which are a part of five or six questions. Is it possible to use images? After browsing "How To," it would appear that I can upload HTML, but that option does not appear next to my form when I open Form Management. What do I have to do to be able to upload HTML? |

This is possible, but would need to be something to be done outside of our interface within an external HTML editor.

How do I access the HTML code so that I can add the images? |

You need to copy and paste the code we provide to your webpage located on your local computer. The HTML for your form can be found under the [get HTML] portion of the 'Form Management' panel. Once you paste it to your local HTML file, you can edit the HMTL in an editor (such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.)
Sincerely,
