Hi there,

The form I have created is supposed to be an anonymous survey. I would like to remove the "from" e-mail address so that users feel comfortable that it is indeed an anonymous survey. Can this be done or is the "from" e-mail address compulsory?

The From Address is compulsory.

To get around this, you could tell form users to enter
survey@mailinator.com as their email address.
http://mailinator.com/ is a proxy type email service and it's free.
I just tested it using my own form, and it does work (some services are aware of mailinator and don't allow it).
