Please note that it typically can take up to 24 hours for account upgrades to be processed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 2 business days.
Sincerely,
Nick Ladd

It would be great if premium membership upgrades could be processed immediately. There are many automated systems that allow for this -- we use PayPal successfully this way in our operation. The long delays for upgrades create a negative initial customer experience. |

We're currently working on this for our next release (due to go live end of November).

|
|
Hello, I have a website, and am currently reaching more than 5000 contact form submittals in less than a month, and I wish to upgrade this further. I am willing to pay for any additional fees that I may incur. Is this type of upgrade possible? I would hate to change to another company just because of this small problem. |

While we do not have a system in place to take care of user's who exceed 5,000 submittals per month, we typically suggest that our users who exceed 5,000 submittals per month simply to create a seperate account, upgrade it, and then spread their forms out between the two accounts.
Sincerely,
Nick Ladd
