Hi there,

With a premium upgrade/account I assume we would be able to send autresponder emails to repondents with attachments? If so, can you please confirm what format of document is allowed?

Further is there also functionality that allows follow up autoresponder emails to contacts at specific times/frequencies? ie. in addition to the initial email a respondent will receive.

No, the autoresponder does not allow users to send attachements as part of the auto response. Secondly, there is not a function that allows users to send auto responses at specific time intervals.
