Today, I tried to edit a form by deleting a question. When I clicked on "Delete" it asked me if I wanted to delete a DIFFERENT question. I went back and asked to "View" the question, and it showed me the same DIFFERENT question. Please advise.

Delete the form and start over. It appears that the database record for your form has errors in it.
