I'm am not quite sure I understand your question. Has the application form been created using our wizard? If so, you'll have to copy and paste the HTML we provide to a web page on your server. If it hasn't been created using our wizard, you'll have to go through the wizard first and build the application using our system.

Sincerely,

The form was not created via your wizard form.. Our application form for employment is 5 pages long, and we wanted to have the application form placed on our website, so when people complete the form the form is sent to us via email and we print the form on our paper. I guess what I'm trying to do is avoid the wizard and just use my template wealready have in place.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to import previously made forms into our system.

Sincerely,
