I have a series of about 20 check box questions of which only 3-5 are normally checked.

The recipients of the responses would like not to see the questions (labels) that are not checked on the form in the e-mail. They would like see only the checked items in the e-mails.

Is this possible?

I thought radio buttons might be the answer but the label still shows in the e-mail even if radio button is not selected.

I'm sorry, but the way the system is setup, it will show all the boxes.
