i have just published my contact form. however, once the message is sent i included a message back to the sender with "thanks"...but they can see my e-mail....how do you hide your e-mail to protect it from spam, or is there any way to protect the e-mail????

All form auto-responders must be sent from an email address associated with your account. It is pretty unlikely that you will have your email address harvested in this manner, but to be 100% safe you would need to disable this feature.
