Hello,

How do I create a title of my form that shows at the top of the form. When I create my form, it just begins with the 1st question...No title.

Unfortunately, the is no provision within our software to do this. This is something however that could very easily be added from an outside HTML editor (such as Dreameaver, Frontpage, etc.).

I did a workaround as you suggested. I created a web page shell in Publisher and dropped the HTML code generated by myContactForm. Works fine.
