I have had premium membership for a few months now, I believe since Jan. I have a new site and form management isn't needed now. I spent the $30.00 for it and wanted to know if I could get some of that back please. I mean, I wish I hadn't spent that money because if I knew that I wouldn't need it I would of just kept a normal account. Please, if I could get back anywhere from $5-$30 from what I spent. I have only used a few months.

I'm sorry, but refunds can only be issued within 10 days of upgrading the account. This is clearly listed within the Terms of Service as well as the upgrade page.
