Hi,
I just got set up here, and created a form. Not sure how to implement it, though.
1. Do I create a link on my present website, and if so, what would the actually link to the form be?
2. Or do I actually email out the form somehow?
3. Do I understand that I can only get 20 responses back a month?
Thanks for the help!

1. Once you've gone through the wizard, you need to copy and paste the code that is provided to an actual HTML file living on your server. In most cases people simply paste the code to their 'contact us' page and then link to the contact us page from within their site. Alternatively, if you are a Premium Member we can provide you with a form hosted on our server that you can simply link to.

2. This is not necessary, nor possible.

3. Yes, this is true for Standard free account. Premium Members however get 5,000 form submittals per month.

If you would like us to host the contact form, you need to upgrade the account. Once you've upgraded, you may access a fully hosted version of the form from the 'Xtras' button (it is located next to the form name under the main Form Management panel).
