Created a feedback form from the template library using the wizard.
The form works but would like to change the formatting of the email results. ie..

from this format
Question1?: answer Question2?: answer Question3?: answer Question4?: answer Question5?: answer Question6?: answer

to this format
Question1?: answer
Question2?: answer
Question3?: answer
Question4?: answer
Question5?: answer
Question6?: answer

The emails are indeed formated in the manner you wish...it appears though that you are running into a common problem with Outlook where they remove what are believed to be 'extra' line breaks in error.
