We use a form for our vendors to report their vacancies using check boxes. Most check boxes are next to a number representing how many vacancies they have, how many vacancies are private bath, how many residents are male; how many are female etc. Just the past two days all messages shows the same number. 4, 3, 2. No variation. i.e. 4 male residents 4 female residents. (This is impossible as there are only 5 vacancies possible.) The strangest thing is that the email we receive is correct. i.e,In the message center, John Jones reports having 4 vacancies with 4 private bath with 4 female residents and 4 male residents; however, in the same message sent via email his vacancies are reported as 2 vacancies, 1 private bath, 1 female and 2 male residents. When calling these individuals, they say they reported the correct information which is supported by the email we receive. |

Please post the location of your form, and I will look into the issue. Also, what format are your exporting the messages in? Do the messages appear correctly from the Message Center, and then are just messed up when they are downloaded?

My form is located at www.a-la.com and a link to the form is on the right hand side of the page under "Report Vacancy"
I am exporting the messages in HTML format.
The messages are incorrect, but in the correct order.
However, they are correct in the email we receive.

The form you are using on your website does not appear to be a myContactForm.com form, therefore I cannot test it.
Sincerely,
