Hi, I'm getting the Form Location Error, but have tried multiple times to correct it. The address that I have entered in on the admin site is the address where the form is located.
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as http://www.cascadescamp.org/campermail/103-3.htm. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. |

You have some incorrect HTML on your website. It appears that you had an old form on the page that no longer exists, then you deleted it and pasted in a new form's HTML. There are still remenants of the old form on the page that are causing the problem you're experiencing. You need to go ahead and completely delete all of the form's HTML from the page (make sure to completely get rid of everything including old hidden form fields) and then re-copy and paste the updated HTML that we provide from the online control panel.
