Hello There I am a Premiem Member of your site (Videoguys). The issue we
are experencing is that if you have over a certain number of characters in
the mulitiline field on my form, the email does not send to my email
account, . The starnge thing is "the customer" does get an autoresponce saying they recieved the email. I have tested this as well form my own account and truely this is what occurs. This again I must stress is only when you have excessive
characters in the multiline field. This must be fixed, I am loosing work
out of this. The info is also captured in message centre, but no
cosrespondant email is sent out to my main emailaccount is sent. Please help! |
