Major update, Major Problems?
I'm a premium member, had 3 or 4 active forms prior to update. Now when I go into the management section only one form shows up, the "Relocation" form. My "Lender" from does not show up as well as the "Buyer CMA" & "Seller CMA" forms.
I did a test on the "Lender" form on my web site which is still working but don't find where the rest of my forms are at?
I'm also a Premium member & have paid for my forms just a few months ago. Your system says I'm a standard member?

I believe your missing forms are listed under a seperate, different myContactForm.com account that you have. Please see my e-mail response to you.
