I tested my new forms on www.bluegirldesigns.com and there were no messages delivered to my hotmail inbox. What are the email settings I should have to receive emails from the forms?

Check you SPAM or Junk mail box in Hotmail. They often incorrectly filter out form sent messages. More info:
