I am having the same issue with not receiving submitted forms, and I have checked Junk and Clutter folders in Outlook. The forms are not going there either. What is the next step in fixing this issue?

This is an issue with Office 365. I believe we have since white listed our server with O365. If you're still having an issue, please send an email to info@mycontactform.com.

I'm using Outlook 2007. Implemented everything suggested on your site. Receiving no messages from the form.
