I deleted the URL and we no longer get the error message and am getting a respond message that an email has been sent, but are not receiving the form email.

Good Day,

Please check your spam filter and settings. Keep in mind that this type of filtering may be occurring on your incoming email server which individuals are not always aware of.

It is not going to the spam folders either, we had several people try and make reservations and they are not getting the emails, just the one that says the message has been sent. We have been using your services for this web site for many years without issue.

This is 100% a spam filtering issue. The messages are being sent from our outgoing email server.

So how do we get the forms emails? Can we try deleting the sent to email and re add it to reset the system? You unfortunately are not being much help. LOL

Thank you, we found out that it is his email provider, centurylink.net that is blocking any in coming forms from you. I deleted the centurylink email and tried to resubmit it and never got the authorization to confirm the email. We will be contacting centurylink tomorrow about this issue. Thank you for all of your help.
