Please do as the error message is stating. Add liverpool-city-directory.co.uk to the Form Location setting. If that doesn't work, you can leave the setting blank.

I have tried all the solutions suggested but the URL is correct and I still get the error. I tried putting the domain with /* at the end, but still got the error. It will not allow me to leave it blank. What next? |

There should be no problem leaving it blank. Please try again.

If I leave it blank and then click on get HTML I get this error message:
ERROR! There is a problem with your referring page. It is located on an insecure (http://) server. Under the Form Security panel you configured the form so that it would be sent securely via SSL encryption. In order for this to work properly, the form must reside on a secure (https://) location on your server. An example of a secure location on your server would be https://www.mydomain.com/myform.html.
Any suggestions? Len |

Try disabling SSL first (under the Form Security panel) and then clearing out the form location setting.

Excellent ... taking out the SSL worked and the messages can now be sent. Thanks Nick. |
