Noticed today several long standing forms are no longer working in Chrome (Version 85.0.4183.121) but work in Firefox (Version 81.0) and IE11 (Version 11.0.9600.19507)

After submitting form the error message says the form is at the wrong URL but the URL shown for the form matches the actual URL and matches the URL the error message says where the form is supposed to be located.

One form is located at http://musclecarrestorationanddesign.com/contact/web_problems.htm

Another at
http://wichitachevelle.com/contact/web_problems.html

Good Day,

Please check your settings. This is usually caused when the site is being accessed from a permutation of the address, but isn't explicitly listed in the settings. Alternatively, you can disable this setting.

All my forms have worked well in the past (and I have quite a number of them). It's only Chrome that seems to be affected. The URL shown when the error occurs is identical to the URL in the browser.

For example the error reads, "This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as musclecarrestorationanddesign.com. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location. Currently you have the 'Form Location' specified as:
http://musclecarrestorationanddesign.com/contact/web_problems.htm"

Do I not need the "http://" or the "folder/filename" when constructing the form? Why do the forms work in IE and Firefox but not Chrome? Did Google do something with Chrome?

I do not understand the "Alternatively, you can disable this setting." Disable what setting?

Yes, you need to include all permutations of the URL in the setting. I'm not sure if chrome made changes, but it is possible that they begun striping items from the headers that are sent.

If you leave this setting blank in the form config, it should work on any URL.
