Nick- Thanks for checking. It is an intermittant problem. Things were good for the last 2 days. Today, 2 out of 3 had the error. I'll paste 1 below.& "xxx" out personal info. See what you can do. Thanks for your time.

I sent a handful of tests through your form. Unfortunately I have not been able to reproduce the problem that is being experienced. Do you have any additional information about the submitters that I could use to zero in on the issue? Do you have access to these people so that you can ask what kind of OS and web browser they are using?
